                        Welcome to Minyan Na'aleh!

We are Denver's grassroots, lay-led, independent, progressive, pluralistic, traditional minyan (prayer community). Founded in September 2004, Na'aleh is formed around spirited prayer, communal meals, Jewish learning and social action. We meet for services and a shared meal on the first Shabbat of the month, alternating between Friday night and Shabbat morning services.  We also meet for most Jewish holidays, learning, yoga, shared Shabbat meals and social action events.

                        We've almost reached our goal!

_Our 12-month challenge grant from the Natan Fund is quickly drawing to a close, and we are inches away from our goal! In these last few weeks of December, please remember Na'aleh in your charitable giving and help us get to the finish line. The Natan Fund will match (up to $5,000) any new donations we receive or any increased donations above 2010 amounts - but Na'aleh only gets the grant money if we can raise new or increased donations! Please help us achieve our full $5,000 grant by participating in this challenge!

It is an exciting time for Na'aleh. We have doubled the frequency of our Shabbat services and have created a welcoming environment to strengthen Jewish community - we offer free professional childcare and educational programs at all of our services, and free catered kosher food. There is rarely a cost to attend any of our programs and when there is a cost, it is heavily subsidized. We were recently featured in the Denver Post. All of this growth is exciting, but it is not free. Please help us continue to enhance Jewish life in Denver. If you haven't yet joined, please do. Or consider a donation in any amount. You can give securely on-line or by mail. And because we are a 501(c)(3) organization, your gift is fully tax deductible. Thanks so much for your support of Na'aleh!

We are grateful for the generous support of
                        the following organizations:

MazelTot is a Rose Community Foundation grant initiative to connect young families to Jewish life and to each other. Twenty-nine Denver/Boulder Jewish agencies and synagogues are receiving grants to offer discounts on programs for expectant parents and families with children under age five. The website mazeltot.org showcases these organizations’ programs and highlights family events on a central calendar.
