Join Minyan Na'aleh for Kol Nidre Services
Minyan Na'aleh will be meeting for a spiritually energizing Kol Nidre service on Yom Kippur Eve, Friday, September 17 at 6:30 PM sharp. Please read below for important information about obtaining your free ticket for this service. We hope you will join us on Kol Nidre night.
TIME AND PLACE: Kol Nidre will begin at 6:30 pm sharp, Friday, September 17. We will be meeting at BMH-BJ Synagogue, 560 South Monaco Parkway, Denver, CO 80224. We are very grateful to BMH-BJ for generously providing us with space for the service. There will obviously be several services going on at BMH-BJ that evening; signs will direct you to the Na'aleh service.
TICKETS: For security reasons, a ticket and photo ID are required for entry into BMH-BJ on Kol Nidre night. Tickets for the Minyan Na'aleh service are FREE but you MUST obtain your ticket in advance. To reserve your free ticket, you must SIGN UP HERE.
BABYSITTING / CHILDREN'S PROGRAM: Participants in the Minyan Na'aleh Kol Nidre service are invited to send their children to the excellent children's programming at BMH-BJ for a nominal fee. Age-appropriate children's programming is offered for children age 6 months to 6th Grade from 6:15-9:00 pm. The cost is $11 per child and you must register your children by completing the form available HERE and making payment directly to BMH-BJ. This form must be completed in addition to signing up for tickets by clicking HERE.
THE SERVICE: Our Kol Nidre service will be spiritually energizing, with all of the traditional liturgy and lots of lively singing. It will be "Orthodox egalitarian" style, with a woman leading Kol Nidre and a man leading ma'ariv. Seating will be with a "tri-chitza" with three sections for men, women, andpeople who prefer mixed seating.
OTHER HIGH HOLIDAYS SERVICES: While Minyan Na'aleh will be organizing services on Kol Nidre only, participants are welcome to join BMH-BJ Congregation for all other high holiday services. If you would like to attend BMH-BJ for other high holiday services, please indicate on your registration form. A donation to BMH-BJ Congregation is appreciated. We are very grateful to BMH-BJ for extending this warm invitation to our participants.
